The Board of Directors is proud to announce Rob and Tammy Coons as the recipients of the 37th Annual Chapman S. Root Award.

Established in 1990 in honor of Chapman S. Root, this prestigious award is presented annually at the Hospice Holiday Celebration to an individual or individuals whose generosity, leadership, and service have enhanced the quality of life throughout the Wabash Valley. Recipients are recognized for their contributions to the intellectual, educational, cultural, physical, and spiritual well-being of our community.

Hospice of the Wabash Valley cordially invites you to join us for our annual Hospice Holiday Celebration and cocktail reception as we honor Rob and Tammy Coons and celebrate their meaningful contributions to our community.
