Hospice Holiday Celebration: Chapman S. Root Award
The Board of Directors announce the recipient of the 30th Annual Chapman S. Root Award J. Bart Colwell.
Established in 1990 and named in honor of Chapman S. Root, the award is presented annually at the Hospice Holiday Celebration to a citizen whose generosity and leadership has enhanced the quality of life in the Wabash Valley. In choosing the recipient, the Board considers such contributions as enhancing quality of life intellectually, educationally, culturally, physically, and spiritually.
Hospice of the Wabash Valley cordially invites you to the Hospice Holiday Celebration cocktail reception honoring the 30th recipient of the Chapman S. Root Award on December 5, 2019 at St. Mary of The Woods College Jeanne Knoerle Sports and Recreation Center 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Cash bar, Hors d'oeurves, and Silent Auction.
